The Remote Maintenance Management Service is our off-site support of your on- site Preventive Maintenance Program. We accomplish the setup of your Preventive Maintenance Program starting with an equipment walk-down. Then we develop the equipment hierarchy, input the data into our MP2 program, research & write the task instructions, schedule maintenance, and print PM Work Orders.
We handle the time consuming tasks of administering the program. Your maintenance department concentrates on maintenance.
On a monthly basis we provide you with the RMMS Work Order Package which includes the PM work orders & PM consumable materials list for the next month and the maintenance analysis & reports for the just completed month.
